- We’ll give you a return address and instructions.
- You ship it back (NZ Post recommended for tracking).
- Once we receive it, we will send your replacement if exchanging or process a refund if returning.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear after we receive the returned item. Any shipping costs paid are non-refundable, unless we sent you the wrong or a faulty item.
